Waka Flocka Flame’s mama Debra Antney, Nicki Minaj’s former manager, reportedly says that her former client’s debut album download Pink Friday is a ‘terrible’ album.
Nicki Minaj’s Pink Friday album may have reached 375,000 and landed at the No. 2 on the Billboard charts in its debut week, as reported on www.HipHopRX.com, but according to Antney, Nicki Minaj’s “Pink Friday” album did not live up to the hype that was built around it.
“It’s terrible,” Nicki Minaj’s ex-manager Debra Antney says, reports VIBE.
Antney claims, as a client of hers, Nicki Minaj loved to sing and that’s what they first focused on.
As a rapper, Antney claims Nicki Minaj’s ‘Pink Friday” disappointed a lot of her fans and she simply used too many features on the album, although she states “Eminem” made the song “Roman’s Revenge,” a song she didn’t care too much for until Eminem’s part in the reported ‘Lil Kim diss song.’
Then touching on the Lil Kim hip hop beef situation with Nicki Minaj, Antney says Nicki Minaj and Lil Kim shouldn’t have went there and the whole thing was “stupid.”
Despite the initial response, Antney claims that Nicki Minaj could simply “be better” because she is so “very multi-talented” adding that she wishes her former client would “learn to be more of an artist.”
