DJ Premier took to his Sirius radio show and made comments that Solar did not take care of Guru’s hygiene while he was comatose, as reported on HipHopRX.com. Premier says that when he visited Guru at the hospital, shortly before he died of cancer, Premier noticed that Guru’s finger and toe nails were dirty, needed to be cut and that he was unshaven.
