As reported on www.HipHopRX.com a couple weeks back, singer Kelis, who was married to rapper Nas, requested for a judge to ‘hurry up and finalize’ her divorce.
Well, apparently Kelis has to wait no longer as court documents show that the judge has officially dissolved the union between the two though no other details were revealed.
The couple were married in July 2003 and share an infant son together. Since Kelis filed for divorce last year, Nas was ordered in December to pay Kelis more than $200,000 in back child and spousal support.
Nas recently revealed to a judge, through his lawyer, that he wasn’t making enough money to pay Kelis the amount ordered to pay, citing that he only makes just under $150,000 a month.

I always loved Kelis and Nas too. He is one hot rapper. I loved Nas`s Rap & Hip hop music video for “Hate Me Now” with Diddy that was so cool. In fact his rap songs and his rap music videos are always hot. My favorite Kelis record is “Milkshake” I loved the hot R&B music video she did for that song it was awesome. So its sad to see them splitting up but i guess sometimes its better to go your separate ways than to stay together if you are unhappy.
