Hip Hop Super-producer Kanye West Puts L.A. Home Up For Sale For 3.9 Mil

Rapper/producer Kanye West is apparently putting his Los Angeles home up for sale. The 4,214-square-foot home features views of Los Angeles, an aquarium in the bathtub, theater, closet adjacent to a designer boutique, and built-in computers to control the property.
The three story home is reported to have 3 bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms and is located in the Hollywood Hills section of L.A. and West is reported to be putting the home on the market for $3,995,000.
West’s L.A. home was built in 2002 by a Italian architect and was designed by Desiderata Design out of LA.
Don Stewart, who is the design principle for Desiderata Design, says Kanye wanted his house to look like “a cross between a museum and a Louis Vuitton boutique.”
Kanye also owns a home in New York City, but has been in Hawaii working on his fifth studio album.
