Gabrielle Union Sued By Boyfriend’s Wife For Sexual Foreplay In Front of Kids

Actress Gabrielle Union and NBA boyfriend Dwayne Wade are currently being sued by Wade’s wife Siohvaughn Wade, who is claiming that her two sons are suffering emotionally because Union and Wade engaged in ’sexual foreplay’ in front of them.
Siohvaughn Wade, who is in the process of divorcing her NBA star husband, Dwyane Wade, is claiming actress Gabrielle Union and Wade’s inappropriate behavior not only inflicted emotional distress on her 2 and 8 year old sons but also claims that Union and Wade have put the two children in danger by allowing them to play near the family’s pool unsupervised and giving the 8 year old ‘the ok’ to ride in the front seat of the car.
Siohvaughn is asking for over $50,000 in damages from Union.
Dwayne Wade, a rep for Union, and Union herself say the allegations made against them are entirely untrue.
“I can state with certainty that the claims Siohvaughn made about Gabrielle are untrue,” says Dwyane.
According to gossip blogger Perez Hilton, Union has fired back stating, “My concern is about the effect of false allegations on the real victims of child abuse, domestic violence and sexual assault.”
Union reportedly adds that “..false allegations make it difficult for the courts to determine what’s real and what’s not and it ties up valuable time, resources and energy that should be used towards protecting the REAL victims.”
