Shocking Report: Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt’s Twins Have Down Syndrome?!

Allegedly, an article in the newest issue of the National Enquirer is claiming that Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt’s twins, Vivienne and Knox, may have down syndrome. Details inside.

It is being reported that Brad-gelina’s twins, Vivienne and Knox, may be suffering from down syndrome. There is no truth or proof of this assumption, the media is running with this all because the twins look like they may have the chromosomal disorder.

The National Enquirer boldly made this claim without any proof, though the article in question hasn’t made it’s way online either, so no one knows what the Enquirer may know.

A close friend of the couple says that if the twins had any medical problems then Brad and Jolie wouldn’t be keeping it a secret.

The reported close friend is quoted as saying that the celebrity couple hates that their kids are under intense observation and it makes it difficult for them to deal with. The friend goes on to say that Brad and Angelina sees Knox and Vivienne as perfect.

“Brad and Angie aren’t the type to sweep sensitive issues under the carpet,” the unidentified stated. “The twins are healthy, but if there were medical problems with them, I think Brad and Angie would subtly try to destigmatize the issue by not hiding them.”

Why would some media outlets assume something like this when there is no proof? Time may tell.

What do we expect its the NATIONAL ENQUIRER its the most unreliable paper in the world. Come on who would believe that rubbish. To see is to believe. The twins clearly do not have DS. In our experience this paper published so much lies perhaps 95% of the time.

  2. lisa says:

the magic word here is MAYBE.. Enquirer’s way not to get sued for their slander.. as they imply this.

    talk a bout malicious gossip.

As a mother of two children that have down syndrome I found your article to be personally offensive. Having down syndrome is not a tradgedy as stated in the headline. Also, most children with down syndrome are not suffering as was stated. They are just like everyone else, with the exception of an extra chromosome. Why is it such a big deal anyway if their children do have down syndrome it is no one’s business but their own.

AMEN!! You took all the words out of my mouth! Some people just have no since!
Also the mother of a child with DS. I would love these tabloids to spend some time with my AMAZING Son! They would change the way they write their stories! And have a totally different aspect of what is truly a gift!

  4. Cynthia says:

I am very disturbed by your choice of words for this article. There is no way that having a child with down syndrome is tragic. Children with Down Syndrome are the happiest people in the world. They are a blessing to who every they meet. I have a child with down syndrome and I am appalled at the fact that your reporter believes this is a tragedy. I am truly offended by this and Angelina and Brad are blessed with two beautiful babies whether they have downs or not.

  5. Kim says:

I read the article it never states they have DS it says people in gossip sites have posted comments that in certain pics they look like they have DS. No medical experts R mentioned in article. NE also claimed Oprah has 3 years to live

  6. Just Sayin says:

OMG! Down’s Syndrome parents please. No one is saying it’s the end of the world, but no parent actually wishes for their child to be born with Down’s. Now I’m not saying it’s horrible, but c’mon, be honest. Yes, they’re very sweet and happy but was it something you hoped for? In your heart of hearts you know they’re not “just like everyone else.” Do you love your child? Yes, of course. Are they wonderful? No question. Are they like a child born without Down’s? No. You know this. Their lives will be very different than a typical child of the same age.

  7. Cheyenne says:

Calm down people….The kids don’t have down’s this is just another way for poor angie to gain sympathy and distract the public from her and Pitt’s latest attack on Jen. It’s also a distraction from their lawsuit with NOTW, which is still in negotiations for a settlement. They want the public to be distracted by both these events.

  8. Trig says:

    yeah…Trig for sure has DS

  9. Ellen says:

My 23 month old daughter has down syndrome and she is not “suffering” from anything. In fact the only kids with down syndrome I know who are truelly suffering are the ones who have been abandoned by their biological parents left at orphanages and face being locked away in a mental institution at age 4 or 5. It is not the DS they are suffering from, but society that is causing their suffering. And to “Just Sayin”, while yes parents do not dream of their child having DS, and some parents morn the loss of the perfect child they expected, having a child diagnosed with DS is NOT a tragedy. While they are different from other children, in the end, they are more alike than different.

I am not a big fan of Angelina and Brad, but if any of their children had DS I do not see them hiding it away. Seeing how proactive they are with many world issues, they would use their status and childs diagnosis to promote Down Syndrome awareness just like any parent of a child with DS works to do.

BRANGELINA SHOULD SUE THE NATIONAL ENQURE MAGAZINE. I WANT THEY GET PUNNISH FOR WHATEVER THEY POST LIES

  11. stella22 says:

YEAH THAT’S MEAN ABOUT THE TWINS BUT IF IT’S TRUE-
MAYBE IT’S CALLED KARMA AND IT’S COMING FOR ANGIE!
NEXT TIME SHE WON’T BREAK UP A PERFECT MARRIAGE TO BUILD HER OWN EMPIRE.
COMMUNITY SERVICE WON’T SAVE YOU THIS TIME

  12. cox says:

    FUCK YOU JEALOUS BITTER BITCHES

  13. crysbot says:

I’d have to say that marriage couldn’t have been perfect otherwise nothing she could have done would have made it falter. She’s not a bad person she has her own right to the pursuit of happiness as does anyone else in this country. So Carma has nothing to do with what those children face in their own lives in the future. I personally do not see DS in either of them the boy looks like his dad where the little girl looks more like her, I think they are beautiful babies and congratulations to them both.

I also thought some words in this article were offensive. I have a cousin with down syndrome and i think it’s ridiculous how these magazines think it is such a big deal. And “suffering” from down syndrome, they are not suffering from it. and it is not tragic, some children have much worse medical conditions. their kids are healthy and beautiful.

  15. richard says:
