Jesse James Scandal: Sandra Bullock Has Filed For Divorce

You’ve all been itching to see if Sandra Bullock and Jesse James were going to get a divorce anytime soon. As reported on HipHopRX.com, the unhappily married couple have both been seen in public not wearing their wedding rings.

In a court document obtained by TMZ, filed by Sandra Bullock on Friday (Apr. 23rd) in Austin, Tx., the actress petitioned for a divorce from her husband Jesse James.

Bullock filed the case under her initials but wrote them backwards – B.A.S., and Jesse also signed his initials to the document as well – J.J.G.

In the petition, the reason for the divorce was stated as the following;

“The marriage between Petitioner and Respondent has become insupportable because of discord or conflict of personalities that destroys the legitimate ends of the marriage relationship and prevents any reasonable expectations of reconciliation.”

The document also states that “the parties were married in 2005 and have ceased to live together as husband and wife.”

The divorce was filed April 23, 2010 at the Travis County Courthouse in Austin, Tx where Bullock is a resident, according to the petition.
