Reality star Bret Michaels’ dad, Wally Sychak, says he’s spoken to his son and has updated the media about his condition. Details inside.

Wally Sychak, the father of Poison frontman Bret Michaels, has updated the media of his son’s condition. As reported on www.HipHopRX.com, Bret Michaels was rushed into the hospital after complaining of a bad headache. Doctors discovered that Michaels was suffering from a brain hemorrage.

Bret Michaels, 47, remains in critical condition. His father, Wally Sychak say he’s spoken to his son over the phone and he is responding.

“The fact that he was talking to me, and giving me information, I thought that was great,” Sychak tells Extra.

Sychak says his son “sounded a little slow, but fine,” adding, “He was talking, not as cheerful as he usually is. But I guess he is under sedation. But he understood what he was saying and knew me. Everything seemed good that way.”

“They say he’s moving his arms and hands,” he says. “The best as they could expect at this time,” says Bret’s father.

Developing story!
