2Pac’s Mother Afeni Shakur Arrested: Felony Drug Charges Pending!

Afeni Shakur, mother of the late Legendary rapper Tupac Shakur, was arrested earlier this month on drug charges and released on bail.

Tupac Shakur’s mother, Afeni Shakur, will appear in front of a judge to face felony charges in May after she was arrested on April 16th for felony possession of marijuana, maintaining a vehicle, dwelling or place for a controlled substance and simple possession of a controlled substance and later released on a $10,000 bond, according to the Fayetteville Observer newspaper.

Afeni, 63, currently lives in Lumberton, North Carolina where she is looking after the Tupac estate.

She is due in court on May 10th.
