Jesse James Mixes Business With Pleasure; Mistress Sues For Sexual Harassment

Merilee Gerth, former West Coast Chopper V.P. has settled with over $700,000 in a sexual harassment suit against Jesse James from 2007.
According to TMZ, Merilee Gerth, former V.P. of West Coast Choppers, had settled a sexual harassment case against Jesse James and his West Coast Choppers for $725,000. In the lawsuit that has been on-going since 2007, Gerth claims that while working at W.C.C., James made sexual gestures at her while even talking her into performing oral sex on him while he was married to Sandra Bullock.
Gerth kept several emails that Jesse James had sent her as evidence in her case against him. In one email, Jesse James asks Gerth, “Need anything before I split?” She responded, “Some Tums.” Jesse replied, “I have some special fluid that you can drink and it makes it all better!”
Ew! Not only did she keep the emails, she also kept one of her shirts with Jesse James’ special fluids on it also implicating him in the sex scandal. Hmmm. Isn’t that how Clinton got caught?
