50 Cent’s character Pimpin Curly has gotten him in the middle of a lawsuit with Rick Ross’ baby momma Lastonia Leviston. On Thursday, Lastonia Leviston, the mother of rapper Rick Ross’ daughter filed a lawsuit in a Manhattan courthouse against 50 Cent claiming that the rap artist and G-Unit CEO released a homemade sex video clip of her on the Internet and also made false allegations by referring to her as a prostitute (call girl).
The video that was released in March of ’09, as reported on HipHopRX.com, shows Curtis ’50 Cent’ Jackson appearing throughout the video as Pimpin Curly doing commentary as Lastonia Leviston referred to as “Brooke” who has been pointed out as having appeared in an adult book prior to the video was seen in the video with an unidentified man.
According to the NY Post, Lastonia Leviston claimed that her and ex-boyfriend Rick Ross made the video June 30, 2008. Allegedly Rick Ross told Leviston that he would destroy the tape.
Lastonia Leviston is suing 50 Cent for unauthorized use of her image or name and emotional distress for the public release of the sex video clip.
The video was released after an ongoing feud with 50 Cent’s rival Rick Ross.
