R n B sensation’s Ray J and sister Brandy join forces with their parents for a look into the life of the Norwood family as they find success in VH1′s ‘A Family Business.’
Singing siblings Ray J and Brandy along with their parent’s Willie and Sonja Norwood are set to have their own reality show on the VH1 cable network. ‘A Family Business’ is a look into the business aspect of the Norwood’s as they try to expand their Norwood empire when Brandy and Ray J attempt to fill in Sonja’s shoes as she wants to step down from her position in the company.
In the new VH1 series, viewers will see first hand how the Norwood family unit handles their family business – Rn’B Productions. Rn’B Productions currently consists of Brandy, Ray J and their father Willie Norwood, who’s also the company’s vocal coach.
VH1 Executive Vice President of Original Programming and Production, Jeff Olde, says he thinks veiwers will relate to the Norwood family being as though they are an “incredibly talented family” that ‘truly loves each other.’
Brandy and Ray J: A Family Business premieres Sunday, April 11 at 9:00 PM on VH1.
