The official Grammy twitter revealed early morning that Drake, the drummer from Blink 182, Lil’ Wayne and Eminem will be getting together for a ’special performance’ at the 52nd Annual Grammy Awards.

This is most likely going to be Lil’ Wayne’s last television performance before he turns himself in to prison on February 9th. The group is going to be performing their hit “Forever.”

Kanye West was also on the track “Forever,” but apparently was not asked to perform. Probably due to his incident with Taylor Swift. However, Kanye West has been nominated for three out of the five songs that are up for Best Rap Collaboration Grammy.

The 52nd Annual Grammy Awards is scheduled to air Sunday, January 31st on CBS with more performances by Beyonce, Lady GaGa, Celine Dion, Usher, Jennifer Hudson and Rihanna, as reported on www.HipHopRx.com as well as The Black Eyed Peas (will.i.am, apl.de.ap, Taboo, Fergie) and Pink, who were confirmed today (Jan. 29) as well on Grammys Twitter. A scheduled appearance by Michael Jackson is also expected via the form of the first ever 3-D tribute as well as his children, Prince Michael Jackson, 12, Paris Katherine Jackson, 11, and Prince Michael Jackson II, 7, aka ‘Blanket’ are expected to attend and accept the Lifetime Achievement Award for their father, according to reports.
