Charlie Sheen Breaks Protection Order; Visits Wife Brooke Mueller In Hospital

It seems that actor Charlie Sheen, 44, doesn’t care and does care too much at the same time as the talented actor made a decision to visit his wife, Brooke Mueller, 32, who has been stricken ill after wisdom tooth surgery, even though there was an order of protection placed against him back in December.

A judge put an order of protection in place preventing Charlie Sheen from seeing his wife after Sheen had a confrontation with Mueller over the holidays. Reports say Mueller called 911 on Sheen saying that her husband was threatening her which resulted in the order of protection being placed.

Meanwhile, Brooke Mueller was hospitalized for having a temperature of 105 degrees after oral surgery on a wisdom tooth. Mueller was admitted to intensive care (ICU) at Sherman Oaks Hospital on Tuesday inorder to be treated for her heightened body temperature.

As far as Charlie Sheen breaking the order of protection it seems that his manager Mark Burg feels that no judge would punish a person for going to see the mother of their children when they have been rushed to ICU.

The two are expected to be in court Friday, however according to Mueller’s attorney he doesn’t know if his clients condition would prevent her from going to court in Aspen.

Both Charlie Sheen and Brooke Mueller are looking to reconcile and have the judge drop the temporary order of protection.
