Two days after 30 year old Casey Johnson dies, her cliamed fiancee, Tila Tequila and Nicky Hilton (a childhood friend of Ms. Johnson’s) accompanied by her friend, Bijou Phillips, were at Johnson’s house fighting over the late Casey Johnson’s dog, “Zoey,” with the L.A.P.D.’s supervision.
Radar Online reports that Hilton and Phillips, both friends of Johnson’s arrived at Casey’s home to get “Zoey”, to have him put to sleep to be buried with his owner. A source told Radar that Johnson’s dog was in “very bad health,” and that Johnson “would’ve wanted the dog buried with her.”
Tila Tequila, who is attached to the dog and wanted to keep him, called 911 on Nicky and Bijou and reported that they were trying to break into the property. Later on it was reported that Hilton and Phillips left with the dog and some of Casey’s personal belongings as Tila “stood screaming,” reports both Radar Online and TMZ. Apparently though, Tila did agree to let the dog go with the agreement that the dog would not be put to sleep.
Nicky Hilton is also the godmother of three year old Ava, Casey’s adopted daughter.
