Rapper Snoop Dogg On TV Daytime Opera ‘One Life To Live’; Hip-Hop Soap?!

Snoop Dogg has once again stepped outside of the Hip-Hop world and has made his way to the daytime soap opera world better known as ‘One Life To Live’ for the second time.

Rapper and entrepreneur, Snoop Dogg, is no stranger to exploring other options in an effort to promote an album. This time around he has wandered on to the set of ABC’s ‘One Life To Live,’ a daytime soap opera that has been on the air since July 15, 1968. Thirty years later Snoop Dogg appeared for the first time on the show playing a couple of small roles and performing a few songs from his ‘Ego Trippin’ album. Now that promotions for his new album, ‘Malice In Wonderland,’ are floating around, Snoop has requested to appear on the show once more and the producers of ‘One Life To Live’ are happy to oblige.

Snoop says he’s always had love for OLTL because his mother would always watch it when he was younger.

The Doggfather will perform on ‘OLTL’ his hit single “I Wanna Rock” off the ‘Malice In Wonderland’ album. The show will also air Snoop’s remix of the ‘OLTL’ theme song that ran in 2008.

Snoop’s performance will air on Feb. 24th on ABC!
