Red haired comedian and actress Kathy Griffin, 49, gave the New Year a little kick in the ass as she sat with CNN host Anderson Cooper, 42, who wanted to display to her some of 2009′s news makers. During his little display, he showed the comedian a few photos of the people who made the headlines of 2009 and when they got to the balloon boy’s picture that’s when things became a way for her to kick some sneaky comedian humor in.
“Oh, that’s Richard Heene,” said Kathy Griffin to Anderson Cooper after he held up a picture of Heene and his wife.
“I admire their sticktoitiveness, I admit I followed the balloon boy scandal,” Kathy Griffin added.
“My favorite moment was when balloon boy said ‘who the hell is wolf?’ …. Falcon Heene,” said Anderson Cooper.
“Fal-Fal F-ckin Falcon. How do you say that?,” Griffin asked Cooper.
With a big embarrassed look and smile on his face, Anderson Cooper looked down at the photo he was holding up against his chest and shook his calling this incident terrible, really terrible as his proceeded on to the next picture, Kanye West.
This isn’t the first time Kathy Griffin has appeared on CNN and made some kind of slip-up, actually this is noted to be her third incident. On last year, Kathy Griffin went off on a heckler and told them ‘screw you’ and ‘to get a job’ among other things.
