Sarah Palin’s Daughter Bristol In Open Custody Battle With Baby Daddy!

Feeling that former Alaskan Governor Sarah Palin may do something mischievous, Levi Johnston, Bristol Palin’s baby daddy has went public with the legal custody battle over their 1 year-old son Tripp. Johnston, 19, the ex-fiance of her daughter Bristol Palin, 19, became the talk of the Internet when news broke of the couple becoming teen parents after Bristol became pregnant at the time that her mother Sarah Palin was running for Vice-President with John McCain, as reported on HipHopRX.com.

On last week, Bristol Palin’s request to keep proceedings closed and to use pseudonyms in court was denied by a Superior Court judge after Levi Johnston displayed that he wanted it to remain open court proceedings and felt that this would keep Sarah Palin at bay.

According to Levi Johnston in an affidavit, he doesn’t feel protected against Sarah Palin.

“I hope that if it is open she will stay out of it. Bristol’s attorney is her attorney,” Levi Johnston is quoted as saying in the affidavit.

Levi Johnston went on to say that he would feel more comfortable in a public courtroom which would make everyone stay civil and be on their best behavior.

In November, Bristol Plain petitioned for sole custody, child support as well as a visitation schedule for the young father who she has been quoted as calling ‘risque’ in her petition after he did a recent nude photo shoot with the popular magazine Playgirl.

The legal battle between the two may turn into something ugly as Palin is suggesting that he may have substance abuse problems and that his mother Sherry Johnston, should not be allowed unsupervised visits.

Meanwhile, Johnston states that he’s seeking shared custody of their child.

In related news, in a September 2009 interview with Vanity Fair, Johnston made allegations that Sarah Palin wanted the pregnancy of her daughter Bristol to remain a secret, and even offered to adopt their child and raise him as her own, which the couple denied to do.
