Rap artist Eminem who’s expected to be performing at the U.K. Music Festival on next year, reportedly has agreed that he’ll tone down his controversial lyrics after the promoters of the yearly event are stated to have become concerned that they will receive protests from gay organizations for his homophobic/anti-gay lyrics if they brought him on, according to reports.

Eminem born Marshall Mathers, is being reported to be performing at the Summer July, 2010 Wireless Festival although it has not officially been posted on the official website at https://www.wirelessfestival.co.uk.

Meanwhile, singer P!nk is already listed as one of the headliners for the festival for Friday, July 2, 2010 at the London Hyde Park.

Other headliners and support artists are expected to be announced in the New Year, the Wireless Festival website states.

So if all goes well, after the New Year it will be concrete as to whether Eminem will be on the bill for the Wireless Festival.
