When Sean Combs is under-pressure he knows where to go and who to talk to. Being one of the few to acknowledge the goodness of therapy, Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs is not afraid to admit that he seeks out a specialist or an expert when it’s needed.

The music mogul and Bad Boy Records CEO tells Playboy magazine in the January issue that therapy has helped him cope with his relationships with Kim Porter and Jennifer Lopez. Diddy also states that it has helped him cope with the death of those such as the late Notorious B.I.G. (Christopher Wallace).

Diddy goes on to state that he thinks therapy is good, and that he’s even been called bipolar, but if you ask him, he says he’s not.

“I just have very drastic mood swings,” stated Diddy.

Diddy admits that the majority of his therapy comes from love and relationships from two of his lady lovers, model Kim Porter and former girlfriend actress/singer Jennifer Lopez.

“I’ve had therapy about my relationship with Kim, about my relationship with Jennifer,” states Diddy.

“Therapy helped me through a lot of those situations,” he adds.

As far as him and his sexual sessions, Sean Combs says he heard about Sting doing it and studied up on it.

“I studied up on the breathing techniques and the focus. Now I think to myself, I cannot believe I’ve been going this long! Night is turning into day and I’m still goin’ at it,” says Diddy.

In the interview, Sean Diddy Combs also talks about trying to lose his virginity at 7 years-old, renting hotel rooms when he was 13 to be with girls, how his father was murdered, being the King of Parties and more.
