Diddy’s Record Breaking Appearance On Home Shopping Network Hits Home With Viewers!
Entrepreneur, music mogul and award winning actor and producer of a ‘A Raisin In The Sun‘, Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs, now in the fragrance business, has done it again! This time breaking a sales record on the Home Shopping Network selling out his fragrance in less than 15 minutes!
Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs appeared on the Home Shopping Network on Monday and Tuesday with the release of his Empress fragrance, which is the female equivalent to his cologne I Am King. He hit it big with the viewers as he sold out his entire collection in 15 minutes setting a new sales record on HSN.
“I wish I could just jump through the screen and give you a hug, girl, I want to thank you for buying,” Combs said to a female caller.
Combs assured the women callers that his new fragrance is a must have and unlike no other women’s fragrance.
“I have a very sensitive nose. I don’t like things to be overbearing and this is not that type of fragrance. It’s a very clean scent, a very sensual, seductive scent. It’s the type of scent you want to get up close and personal with.”
In the past year, HSN grossed over $45.5 million in revenue in a rough economy where spenders are careful in what they buy.
