Police in Richmond, California are investigating a gang rape case where they say multiple suspects, at least four, brutally assaulted and performed multiple sex acts on a 15 year old Richmond High School student in the presence of a crowd of 15 or more people.

Evidence shows that 15 people or more, some participating and some watching for possibly as long as two hours, but none helping, all apparently did nothing as the 15 year old, who was found by police unconscious as the crowd scattered, was brutally gang raped multiple times right outside of an annual homecoming dance. During the rape, the dance was reportedly going on inside the high school located in Richmond, a suburb of San Francisco, California, on Saturday (October 24).

In a video with CNN, Lt. Johan Simon of the Richmond, California, Police Department describes what the police saw on the night of the horrific crime.

“Our officers discovered a 15 year old female lying beneath one of the benches — we found her lying there and she was unconscious.. she was subsequently life flighted, unconscious in critical condition..,” stated Officer Simon who also stated that multiple individuals scattered from the scene as police arrived.

Two teenage suspects, Manuel Ortega, 19 and another 15 year-old have been arrested and charged while another suspect was questioned.

According to police, Ortega faces charges of rape, robbery and kidnapping, while the additional 15 yr old suspect faces one count of felony sexual assault.

Although the 15 or more people who may have watched but done nothing, apparently broke no law, more arrests are expected to happen in this shocking case.

hell yes they should all be prosecuted even just for watching!!! in that movie where jodie foster was gang raped in a bar (based
on a true story) all the spectators went to jail. just round up the little f#$kers and threaten them til someone starts talking.
these young bastards need to get the message that no matter how young you are you need to start thinking about your actions.
otherwise you’ll be in jail getting raped your damn self!!!

We are supposed to be a civilized Nation. This is shocking to me that an act of this nature with so many witnesses happened and that no-one helped this poor young lady. The youth of America should be OUTRAGED and now take a stand to make there generation better. Perhaps schools around this country should teach classes in civility, that coupled with Parents being held responsible for the actions of there children would lead to an up bringing of a better society. I pray that she is able to live out her life to the fullest.

I don’t even know where to start, who to blame it on? the students for just standing there watching this poor girl get assaulted, the teachers for not supervising the dance accordingly or the parents for raising such evil children. So much contributes to this outrage. Everyone who is to blame, anyone who did nothing to help and who could have needs to be blame for this, this poor girl has had her whole life destroyed so why shouldn’t anyone who had anything to do with it be punished. What the hell are they teaching this students in this high schools, why even have schools if they are not going to take control, why do parents let their children grow up to be such animals? Everyone wants to wash their hands and refuse to admit their fault, parents will argue that they have no control over their kids, teachers will say they are not the parents and therefore have no infuelce over the kids, but everyone who can help and does nothing IS TO BLAME!!!

They say according to law, the witnesses can’t be prosecuted under the law. Find out who they were, release their names to the public, and let the community deal with them. They thought it was funny and cool to see a young girl being beaten and raped. They laughed and filmed it. I bet they won’t be laughing when they’re the ones getting beaten by a group of outraged citizens, and I hope NO ONE is there to help them when it happens. When the law fails its citizens, the citizens need to become the law.

The names of at least six of these degenarates have been posted, and are now being sized up by other degenarates in the California Department of Corrections system. It won’t be long that these young fresh meat cherries will experience first hand what’s it’s like to be raped repeatedly, daily I hope.
