Busta Rhymes was ordered to pay Alex Duncan in the sum of $75,000 after being accused of attacking him at a concert in Albany, New York, in 2003.

Alex Duncan claimed that he suffered from a number of injuries including physical and psychological and even claimed that he has nightmares due to the incident which occurred on September 13, 2003.

According to Duncan, Busta Rhymes poured water on him, punched him in the face during an intermission at the concert and since the incident he doesn’t go to parties because someone is always questioning him about what happened with the case.

“I wanted something to come out of it,” Alex Duncan is noted as saying.

Meanwhile, Busta Rhymes’ attorney is stated to not have been present at the trial on Wednesday and has not made a statement on the case.

In another case, Busta Rhymes was accused of bustin’ a fan named Roberto LeBron in the head during an August 2006 run-in, as reported on www.HipHopRX.com.

Prior to that, in 2005, the rapper was ordered to pay Melvin Smith $100,000 dollars after the rapper allegedly attacked him.
