Tila Tequila Bruised Photos Leak, Shawne Merriman Case Dismissed

Singer, model and reality TV star Tila Tequila is upset over the recent dismissal of her case in which she made allegations that she was choked by NFL player Shawne Merriman. However, according to San Diego Chargers footballer Shawne Merriman, he was attempting to prevent her from leaving his residence due to her being intoxicated from drinking alcohol.w

Following the first reporting of her being inebriated, as reported on HipHopRX.com, Tila Tequila took to her Twitter page and stated that she did not drink, which news and blogs attempted to expose that she does by pulling up old Twitter posts in which she allegedly stated that she’s drunk.

On Friday, September 11, 2009, District Attorney Bonnie Dumani ruled that there wasn’t enough evidence to prove that NFL star Shawne Merriman committed a crime and so the case was dismissed.

In additional reportings, there were witnesses at his home who stated that Tila Tequila was indeed “inebriated” which included witnesses at the club that they had attended.

Although the case was dismissed, Tila Tequila’s reps are stating that she is a victim of a violent crime and that due to the District Attorney not pressing charges against Shawne Merriman for the battering of the reality star shows “unconscionable negligence” and they feel that justice has not been served. The statement goes on to say to the point that Shawne Merriman brings millions of dollars to the city of San Deigo and that this may have something to do with it.

Since the statement was released, pictures have been released of Tila Tequila showing her bruised arms.

Meanwhile, Tila Tequila is expecting to pursue cilvil charges against Shawne Merriman.
