Rapper Bow Wow signs with Cash Money Records — Bow Wow born Shad Gregory Moss, 22, is officially all about the Cash Money after the recent announcement that he is now a member of Cash Money Records the label home of Louisiana rapper Lil Wayne.

The announcement comes a few months after Bow Wow went to the Internet via a live streaming video broadcast stating that he was unhappy with his former label Columbia Records of nine years, making claims that the label was being unfair, as reported on www.HipHopRX.com. The rapper even took to his micro-blogging site Twitter and stated, “Yep! It’s true! I want off Columbia. I’m asking to be released. NO they not dropping me I’m askn. Not happy there. Been like dis 4 5yrs.”

Previously he announced that he would be concentrating on acting while trying to get out of his contract with Columbia, but he seems like he’ll be doing both, music and acting.

Bow Wow will joining his longtime friend Omarion who recently signed to Young Money Entertainment which is Lil Wayne’s label. In 2007 the two released a collaboration album entitled “Face Off.”
