Kourtney Kardashian is pregnant with her first child! Kourtney Kardashian, one of the sexy sisters off reality TV show Keeping Up With The Kardashians and star of soon-to be reality television Kourtney and Khloe Take Miami, along with sister Khloe Kardashian, has confirmed that she is indeed pregnant with her first child! Plus new photos possibly reveal Kourtney Kardashian’s first baby bump pictures, something quite different from her sexy half-naked photos she took for her sexy Maxim Magazine spread back a couple months ago.
Although Kourtney Kardashian, full name Kourtney Mary Kardashian, 30, confirmed that she was pregnant, the reality star, socialite and clothing company owner did not confirm who was the father of her first unborn child.
The star’s ex-boyfriend / fiance is Scott Disick and they reportedly broke up back earlier this year due to infidelity reportedly on the part of Disick, a reported hard partygoer who openly flirts with other women.
Kourtney is reportedly set to discuss her pregnancy with Ryan Seacrest on E! News tonight at 7/8 CST and 11/12PM CST and won’t discuss the rumors that she is back with ex-fiance Scott Disick because, according to Kourtney, you’ll have to watch the new reality TV series.
Kourtney and Khloe Kardashian’s new reality TV show ‘Kourtney and Khloe Take Miami‘ premieres on E! on Sunday, August 16 at 10/9 CST.
In related news, Khloe’s sister Kim Kardashian, who recently broke up with her boyfriend of two years, NFL running back Reggie Bush of the New Orleans Saints, claims that she would love to have kids of her own, as reported on www.HipHopRx.com, back on last month when Kim Kardashian addressed her own baby rumors.

This is not the first time for Kourtney to be involved in a baby pregnant thing, she has a maybe pregnant issue before while finally it came out that she wasn’t and she was very happy about it because she hadn’t prepared yet. And this time, she is quiet happy about it and I hope she has prepared.
