Jay-Z takes Oprah Winfrey, TV show host of The Oprah Winfrey Show, on tour of his stomping grounds in Marcy Projects in Brooklyn! Pictures of the hip hop music mogul Jay-Z and media mogul Oprah Winfrey hit the Internet today (Sunday, August 9, 2009) showing the two walking through the Bedford-Stuyvesant area of Brooklyn, New York as Jay-Z real name Shawn Carter, 39, takes her on a tour of his old hood where he grew up.
Also in one of the pictures, music executive Kevin Liles can be seen in the background while reportedly wifey, R&B singer Beyonce Knowles as well as Pop singer Rihanna were somewhere seen as well whilst Jay-Z was with Oprah Winfrey.
Jay-Z took Oprah through Marcy Projects and by his grandmother’s house and actually sat on the steps in front of the home in Bed Stuy, as seen in one of the pictures.
The pictures and reports all lead many to believe that Jay-Z will be appearing on an upcoming episode of the Oprah Winfrey Show, possibly to promote his highly anticipated album, “The Blueprint III” which tracks, information and album cover were released just days prior, as reported on HipHopRX.com.
Jay-Z’s album “The Blueprint 3″ is slated for release on September 11, 2009.

I don’t believe that Oprah has team up with Jay’z without doing her research on his real history, about how he’s done people in
his career. Oprah need to have DeHaven on her show so he can tell the real story about Jay’z and his family, Question, why would he
bring Oprah in the projects the week before Marcy’s celebration day, that way she can see and hear what the community has to say about
him. However, DeHaven will be filming the end of his documentary on Aug 15, in the projects of Marcy. The documentary will explain in
details on how and what sacrifices was made for Rocofella to Happen…. Oprah need to investigate DeHaven story before she teams up with
Jay’z or is this just for promotional for the Blue Print album ?
