Jay-Z ‘The Blueprint 3′ Album Cover Art
On earlier this week, Jay-Z released the official cover art for his highly anticipated “The Blueprint 3″ album which features the hit single, song “D.O.A. (Death of Auto-Tune).”

“I just wanted something to feel — you know these things are like the forgotten pieces in Hip-Hop…,” states Jay-Z regarding the “The Blueprint 3″ album cover art.

“It’s still about music, you know it’s not about radio, it’s not about making gimmicks, it’s not about anything.. It’s still about music at the end of the day,” adds Jay-Z.

Then touching on the album itself Jay-Z states “The whole thing about this album is — how I approached it — is that I want to make a new classic.”

Jay-Z’s “Blueprint 3″ album is slated for release on September 11, 2009 under Roc Nation with distribution by Atlantic Records and is expected to feature productions by music producers Kanye West, No I.D., Timbaland and co-production by MGMT.

Artists expected to be featured on the album include Kid Cudi, Rihanna and Kanye West (We Run This Town), Drake, Nas and others.
