When done over and over in the same spot the drugs accumulate and cause abcesses which are apparent here. Those are the dark lesions which sometimes take weeks to months to heal. When those heal the blood dissapates into the veins and the oxygen cause all the discoloration and dark spots. I had always wondered about the bandaids on his fingers and if they were a cover up for injecting between his fingers or in the small veins on the knuckles which makes your fingers blow up like balloons.
