Brown Gets 5 Yrs Probation In Rihanna Assault, Must Stay 50 Yards Away

After Chris Brown, 20, was accused of assaulting former girlfriend and Pop, R&B music artist, Robyn ‘Rihanna’ Fenty, 21, earlier this year, as reported on HipHopRX.com, singer Chris Brown plead guilty to one count of assault in court on Monday, June 22, 2009.
In the plea deal, Chris Brown is expected to be sentenced to six months of community labor, five years supervised probation and 52 weeks of domestic violence counseling.
In addition, Chris Brown was ordered to stay at least 50 yards away from Rihanna except for when the two are attending the same event which, at that time, Chris Brown must stay at least 10 yards from Rihanna.
Chris Brown is expected to be formally charged on August 5, 2009.
