It seems that Omarion, former member of R&B music group B2K, has a new label home and it’s with rapper Dewayne ‘Lil Wayne’ Carter’s label Young Money Entertainment under the parent company Cash Money Records.

Omarion born Omari Grandberry, 24, label information came via a Twitter message by R&B singer Tyrese who was congratulating him on his recent deal with the label.

The singer will be joining the roster of artists on Lil Wayne’s label which reportedly includes Mack Maine, Jae Millz, Gudda Gudda and Nicki Minaj.

Meanwhile, Omarion is stated to be happy to be signed with Lil Wayne because he feels that the rapper understands him and respects who he is as an artist as well as what he wants to be.

“Thanks for all tha love yall!! Young money! Omarion!! You will believe and see God’s power!! I’m so humble I can’t wait to give yall tha new me,” stated Omarion on Twitter.

In related news, the last project for Omarion was a collaboration album with rapper Bow Wow entitled “Face Off” which sold around 365K copies in 2007.
