New music video of hip hop artist Kanye West has been released of his song entitled Paranoid and it features Pop, R&B singer Rihanna in her first music video appearance since the alleged assault by former boyfriend Chris Brown and the hot Rihanna is looking sexier than ever in her long-awaited appearance.

The fourth single “Paranoid” is one of the songs from off of Kanye West’s album “808 & Heartbreak.” In the video, Rihanna makes cameo appearances in a sexy black lingerie outfit climbing out of bed as she stretches out her sexy body as she starts posing in sexy model-type poses for the video camera.

Though the video was not the typical Kanye West extravagant video with a whole lot going on, scene after scene, the basic black background scenes can still be considered hot even compared to the standards of a Kanye West and Rihanna video.

The video which was reportedly filmed earlier this year in Hawaii was displayed at Def Jam’s 25th anniversary on May 20th in New York.
