Chris Brown is being sued for another alleged assault! On Wednesday, the R&B singer, who already faces years in jail on felony assault charges and charges of making criminal threats against then-girlfriend, Pop music singer Rihanna, was sued in Los Angeles County Superior Court by a photographer claiming that Brown was involved in a violent assault against him.

On a Los Angeles basketball court at L.A. Fitness back in March ’09, just weeks following the alleged February assault by Brown on Rihanna, victim Robert Rosen, says he took a photo of Chris Brown which led to a violent assault on him by Chris Brown’s bodyguards.

Rosen claims he was approached by the bodyguards after taken the picture of Brown, so he ran away but fell down some stairs after being grabbed by a employee of the basketball court gym, leading to his capture and alleged assault.

According to Rosen, after he fell, one of Chris Brown’s bodyguards then picked him up by the shorts and launched a violent assault on him.

In other news, Brown recently released a video commenting to what he calls “haters” hating on him and stated simply, “I ain’t a monster,” while revealing that he’s preparing to release a new album titled “Graffiti,” which may be spelled differently as he only voiced the album title, and Brown also claims he’ll be releasing a new song, one of the songs off of the upcoming album this Summer.

Chris Brown’s lawyer, Mark Geragos, has called the lawsuit “specious and frivolous.”

“The is a specious and frivolous lawsuit by one of the paparazzi seeking publicity and a payday. He’s done this before and lost. We will vigorously defend against this,” Geragos released in a statement.

Meanwhile, Brown’s hearing was scheduled for today, Thursday, May 28, 2009, were Brown faces felony assault charges and charges of making criminal threats in the Rihanna case, but Brown was not expected to attend since it was not mandatory for him to be there.
