Rapper David Banner On Weight and High Blood Pressure, ‘I Was Dying’

In a world where health and nutrition are now more important than ever due to the rise of obesity and gluttony, hip hop artist David Banner speaks on being fat and why he chose to change his lifestyle. The rapper explains how he was on the verge on being a diabetic, having very high blood pressure, and sleep apnea.
“Fat is relative to what your body can hold. Like my body can’t do over 235. So, it may not look fat to the world, but your frame might not be able to hold weight. So fat is relative to who you are talking to,” the hip hop rapper states.
The rapper goes on to speak about his life threatening high blood pressure and how his doctor told him if he doesn’t lose the right weight he was going to die.
“I had high blood pressure, very high blood pressure to the point where I should have been dead,” David Banner added.
