If your a fan of his first album than you have to be aware that his first album was probably his weakest effort thus far. Mood Muzik 1,2,3, his critically acclaimed mixtape series is much better than the first album was. Halfway house was great. Padded room was his only sub par effort to date. The slaughterhouse album is still one of my favorite albums this year. It might possibly be my actual favorite album this year. It’s either slaughterhouse or only built for cuban linx 2. ( both great albums ) especially compared to the music that these radio dj’s try to shove down our throats. I respect everything Meth has done. I respect that he is a legend in this game. In my opinion though, right now in the year 2009, verse for verse, Joe Budden is going to give you the hotter verse 9 out of 10 times. As a whole Meth has accomplished much more and is much more successful, we know this. When it comes to rapping and that beat comes on Joe Budden always brings it, an that is why i think he is a superior rapper. I respect everyone’s opinion on this though. The beef is squashed anyway. Rumor has it slaughterhouse is headed over to shady records. Im waiting to hear those four on a track with Eminem! Now that’s hip hop!

JOEY will lyrically murder method man. mood muzik 2 is better then any album method man has ever dropped. i grew up listening to wu. im a huge wu fan and always will be. in my era Wu ruled hip hop at one time. Im realistic though. What makes a rapper a good rapper, is how he can rap. the bars he spits. not his celebrity status or how many hits he has.
