Shia LaBeouf Says He Dated Rihanna Once, and The Two Had Passion Just Not In That Way

Movie actor Shia LaBeouf who’s most known for his roles in “Transformers,” “I, Robot,” “Indiana Jones and the Kingdom of the Crystal Skull,” amongst others, spoke about his dinner date with Pop star Rihanna who made headlines in February after allegedly being assaulted by then boyfriend Chris Brown.

Movie star Shia LaBeouf spoke to Playboy in an interview for the June issue and gave details on how he felt about the connection between the two, in which he stated there wasn’t a spark there. The actor goes on to state that the two weren’t passionate about each other.

“I was filming a sword fight when I got the message. I said to myself, ‘Can this be my life?’”

After getting the text message from Rihanna, Shia LaBeouf is stated to have went on to text her and the two then proceeded to set-up a dinner date.

“It never got beyond one date. The spark wasn’t there,” Shia LaBeouf stated.

The celebrity movie star went on to say, “We weren’t passionate about each other in that way, so we remain friends.”
