Eminem’s new official music video premiere for the song 3 AM off his upcoming album Relapse, releasing on May 19, 2009 on Interscope Records/Aftermath Entertainment/Shady Records, is much like a chilling horror flick of blood, murder and graphic violence.
Eminem’s 3 A.M. music video premiere follows behind the single and music video, “We Made You” where ‘Em’ takes aim at celebrities such as Kim Kardashian, Jessica Simpson, Lindsay Lohan, Jessica Alba, Ellen DeGeneres, Alaskan Governor Sarah Palin, Britney Spears, Amy Winehouse and others.
Though he didn’t take aim at multiple celebs like in his past video, Eminem did happen to mention the popular Disney television series Hannah Montana featuring main character Miley Stewart, played by Miley Cyrus.
No, Eminem chose to take this video not in a comedy route but instead a route of horror, as he hallucinates that he’s a bloody murderer seeing blood climbing the walls, enduring pain from self-inflicted knife wounds and going on a violent and psychotic killing spree in a hospital that ends in dismembered bodies and blood spilled of everybody that gets in his way including family members.
“I remember the first time I dismembered a family member/December I think it was/I was having drinks with my cuz and I wrapped him in Christmas lights/Pushed him into the stinkin’ tub/Cut him up into pieces/And just when I went to drink his blood I thought I outta drink this bath water/That outta be fun/That’s when my days of serial murder man slaughter begun,” Eminem raps.
During this time, the rapper is seen in a scene as the psychotic killer (himself) is taking a bath in what looks like blood — yes, he’s taking a bloodbath followed by waking in the woods as if what he believed was only a dream or hallucination, was actually real events which occurred during his mental ‘blackout’ as he had the cuts and blood trails over his body as signs.
“It’s 3 A.M. in the morning/Put my key in the door/Bodies laying all-over-the-floor/and… I don’t remember how they got there/But I guess I must have killed them, killed them,” the hook of the rap goes.
Toward the end, Eminem can be seen screaming in the finale scene after going through his hallucinations somewhat like a film does when there’s another part of the movie coming.
Meanwhile, watch the psychotic, chillin bloodbath in the video horror, Cinemax featured flick for ’3am,’ Eminem’s new official music video premiere.

I don’t know why, but I’m not afraid at all. This would scare the hell out of my 2 year old nephew, but for myself, I’m still having nightmares from his Saturday night live skit called “We made you.” I can’t switch gears that quick. It’s like watching Bugs bunny dance around for 3 weeks and then watching a video of him stabbing people three weeks later. I can’t take this seriously.
