T.I. Cover: VIBE Magazine’s April Issue Resembling Malcolm X

In the April issue of VIBE Magazine is seen resembling the famous Malcolm X on the cover of the magazine. Meanwhile, T.I. himself is preparing for his year long prison sentence which starts this March 27, 2009 on 2007 weapons charges.

In addition to doing the famous pose, the rapper also reenacts poses like the legendary Muhammad Ali, Jay-Z and Snoop Dogg according to VIBE Magazine.

VIBE Senior Editor Benjamin Meadows-Ingram does a report on T.I. born Clifford Harris titled “Cell Therapy,” which follows the rap star’s legal battle since 2007. Meadows-Ingram also meets with T.I. in Washington, D.C., on the eve of President Barack Obama’s inauguration; the rapper accepted an award from the Hip-Hop Summit Action Network for his endeavors on the “Respect My Vote” campaign. The rapper was also followed during a few of his court-mandated speaking engagements and the filming of his MTV show, T.I’s “Road to Redemption” which he attempts to help seven young teens and put them back on the right path.

The April issue of VIBE hits newsstands March 17th.
