Whitney Houston tells Rihanna To Forget About Chris Brown, ‘Don’t Make The Same Mistakes I Did’

Whitney Houston who has had her bouts with the media and alleged relationship violence with ex-husband Bobby Brown, reportedly spoke out to Pop star Rihanna (Robyn Fenty) about her alleged Chris Brown assault telling her to forget about Chris Brown and to severe all ties with him.

Reportedly the legendary R&B soul singer was fighting back tears when she heard of the assault which prompted her to give her words of wisdom and to warn Rihanna not to make the mistakes that she did which almost jeopardized her own career and mental stability.

“Don’t make the same mistakes I did. Whenever you let your heart rule your head, you are bound to run into trouble,” the singer is quoted as saying in a public statement.

According to the National Enquirer a source told them, “When Whitney heard what had happened to Rihanna, she was close to tears. Right then she knew she had to contact her and urge her to get out of the relationship while she can. She made it clear that Rihanna should dump Chris.”
