If you take a good look at the picture you can see this is a TRUE wardrobe “malfunction.” There’s a black sheath of material that was purposely put there there to cover the breast area (which it’s covering the other breast perfectly). The strap of her handbag made the dress move a bit and the sheath that should have covered her breast got pushed down.
But I guess all of you are PERFECT and have never made mistake like leopard print panties with white pants or tucked your skirt into your stockings and walked out the restroom with your butt hanging out or some other such nonsense.
So, YES, I can see perfectly it was an accident and could have happened to anyone!!!
