Jay-Z On Rihanna, Chris Brown: ‘This Is A Real Situation’

Rapper Jay-Z has now joined the list of celebrities that have spoken out on what recently transcribed between celebrity couple R&B singer Chris Brown and Pop singer Rihanna. Jay-Z has stated that Rihanna and Chris Brown’s happening is a ‘real situation’ and Rihanna is ‘going through a tough time’ over it.

“This is a real situation,” Jay-Z said to PEOPLE.

“You have to have compassion for others,” added Jay-Z.

Jay-Z encouraged others to use their imagination and to put themselves in Rihanna’s shoes.

“Just imagine it being your sister or mom and then think about how we should talk about that.”

The hip-hop mogul goes on to state that everyone needs to support Rihanna and that everyone also has to realize that she is still young.

As previously reported, Rihanna is in Barbados with friends taking time to heal according to her father Ronald Fenty.

Meanwhile, Chris Brown has recently released a statement stating that he is ‘sorry and saddened’ and is ‘seeking counseling’ over what happened between the couple.
