Solange Knowles at Woman’s Day Red Dress Awards

Singer Solange Knowles performed at the 6th Annual Woman’s Day Red Dress Awards on Wednesday in New York City at Jazz at Lincoln Center. The singer/songwriter and actress showed up in a sexy hot red dress.

Solange performed songs from her sophomore album, “Sol-Angel and the Hadley St. Dreams” at the awards show which honors those who have made strides against heart disease — the number one killer of women — with the Red Dress Awards.

Ticket profits of the show went to benefit the Larry King Cardiac Foundation to help people in need of heart surgery or treatment.
