Jermaine Dupri Back In The Studio; Preps For New Usher Album

Jermaine Dupri (JD) is back home after making his rounds in Washington, DC during President Obama’s inaugural. The producer/entrepreneur is back in the studio and talks about the countdown to Usher’s recording session which is scheduled to begin in a couple of days. Sitting in with Jermaine Dupri is super-producer Bryan-Michael Cox (B. Cox) and songwriter Johntá Austin who talks on camera for a few moments.
“This is the Friday before Vegas,” says Johnta Austin. “This is the last time you’re going to see me sober,” Austin adds.
Austin goes on to say they’ll be working together on the Usher album (himself, Jermaine Dupri, and B. Cox).
