Jada Pinkett Smith To Star In New TV Series Time Heals
Celebrity actress/singer Jada Pinkett Smith, wife to actor Will Smith, will star in the upcoming medical drama/television series “Time Heals.” Pinkett-Smith will be playing Christina Hawthorne, a widow with a teenager who is also a caring hospital associate at the Richmond Trinity Hospital in Charlotte, N.C.
The new series also co-stars David Julian Hirsh, Laura Kenley, Christina Moore and Suleka Mathew.
The show and pilot which was created and written by Emmy Award winner John Masius (St. Elsewhere, Providence, Dead Like Me) will be given a 10-episode requirement through TNT which was announced on Thursday.
Pinkett-Smith along with John Masius and Jamie Tarses serve as executive producers for the series.
The series is in association with Pinkett-Smith’s 100% Womon Productions, John Masius Productions and Jamie Tarses’ FanFare Productions.
No offical date has been announced when the TV series will begin airing.
