Benzino talks with Kendra G during an interview about Kim Osorio the former Editor In Chief of Source Magazine who has written a new tell-all book titled “Straight From The Source”. Kim Osorio filed a sexual harassment lawsuit against the company after she was fired. In the lawsuit which took place between 2005-06, Osorio made allegations that the executives watched porn, smoked pot and called female employees “bi–hes” at the workplace.

Myspace Music
Myspace music who’s top artists consists mainly of Hip-Hop, R&B, and Pop acts recently launched a new service for majors which independent labels are stating has excluded them. The new ad-supported service which launched on Thursday, allows Myspace users the ability to stream hundreds of thousands of songs for free, share playlists with friends from across the globe for songs from all four of the major labels that have claimed their stakes in the new venture (EMI, Universal Music, Sony BMG and Warner Music) and independent music distributor The Orchard.

Henry Earl arrest 1,000 times
Henry “James Brown” Earl, 58 of Lexington, KY has been arrested a record 1,000 times. Henry Earl marked his 1,000th arrest on the charge of alcohol intoxication on Tuesday, September 23, 2008.

Kanye West and Young Jeezy
After Kanye’s latest album “808s & Heartbreak” was announced to release in stores in December during the same month as 50 Cent’s latest project “Before I Self Destruct,” the rapper has now changed it’s release date to possibly avoid another album battle over first week album sales.

The change of the release date of Kanye West’s album was revealed on September 24th on Kanye West’s official blog on his web site and was pushed up to November.

Ludacris’ Pool House Catches On Fire

Ludacris In Suit
On Wednesday night, Atlanta rapper and entrepreneur Ludacris’ pool house at his home in Atlanta, GA was destroyed by a fire. The rapper is stated to have been out-of-town during the incident, however a relative was at the residence in the basement when the fire occurred and was eventually alerted by the alarm system.

As previously reported on HipHopRX.com, the mother of two of T.I.’s sons ages 7 and 8, was hoping to profit off the rapper stating that she would like an amount fixed on his current income. LaShon Dixon wanted an increase of her current $2K up to approximately $10K per month according to sources.

Pop singer Janet Jackson
Janet Jackson announced on Monday, September 22nd that she will no longer be a part of the Island Def Jam Records roster after 14 months. According to the singer’s publicist the label agreed to dissolve the relationship upon Jackson’s request after the label failed to promote her album and meet her expectations.

DMX born Earl Simmons was rushed to the emergency room in Florida on Sunday due to falling ill. According to sources the rapper was admitted due to fear of a stroke.
