Beyonce Retirement: Is Beyonce Retiring?

Is Beyoncé Knowles planning to retire? Well reports are circulating ever since the singer’s cousin, Anjelica Knowles, told the New York Daily News that Beyonce may be retiring following the release of her upcoming third solo album.
Reportedly, Beyonce plans to spend her days scouting talent for new hubby Jay-Z’s upcoming label, The Carter Music Group.
Beyoncé’s first protégé is rumored to be an R&B artist named Chelsea Thomas.
The pop star and diva is allegedly working on the new (currently untitled) album with music producer Rodney Jerkins who mentioned during Clive Davis’ pre-Grammy party in February that they have recorded some mid-tempos songs and were looking forward to record more upbeat tunes.
Beyonce’s reported third solo album is said to be either released at the end of the year or early 2009.
