R. Kelly Misses Court Due To Delay Of Tour Bus

Although the judge is a little upset and issued a warrant which went into effect on today for R. Kelly, he does have a valid excuse for why he missed court or does he?
R. Kelly, is currently on a concert tour and missed a scheduled court appearance in Chicago due to bad weather. The bus was stopped on its way back through Utah by troopers who requested a drivers logs which requires that a driver takes an eight-hour rest while traveling on the highways. This resulted in the bus having to stop for a mandatory eight hours to be able to proceed back on the road.
As a result of this, R. Kelly was unable to make a scheduled court appearance in Chicago and was rescheduled for today at 9am.
