Will Smith on 60 Minutes
In an interview with 60 Minutes (CBS), actor/rapper Will Smith stated in his interview that he never viewed himself as particularly talented, but viewed himself as slightly above average in talent.

“Where I excel is with [a] ridiculous, sickening work ethic,” he tells Kroft. “While the other guy’s sleeping, I’m working. While the other guy’s eating, I’m working. While the other guy’s making love, I mean, I’m making love, too, but I’m working really hard at it,” stated Will Smith.

Currently Will Smith doesn’t accept anything less than $20 million per picture, which isn’t due to his talent, but again his work ethnic and blockbuster status. Could it be because all his movies are family friendly?
