Birdman Denies Marriage To 18 Year-Old, Released On Bond

The Birdman has spoken and wishes to clear up the talk of him being married after news surfaced that one out of the 16 that were arrested this week was his alleged wife. MediaTakeOut posted pictures of the chick who is stated to be his 18 year-old wife.

Birdman along with his occupants were arrested and then released on $1,500 bond from the Sullivan County Jail at around 1:30 a.m. on Wednesday.

“We was on the bus. I was asleep in the back,” the rapper stated to MTV News.

“Why they pulled us over, I don’t know. The people are making the situation out worse than what it is. We got arrested for a misdemeanor amount of marijuana — we didn’t have no pound. The police just found something minor in a garbage can the dog sniffed. We all got out on bond.”

“I’m not married,” he told MTV.

“Never! Been! Married! Plus, that girl was 18! I don’t get down like that! Plus, if I was married, why would I keep it a secret?”
