C-Murder aka C-Miller Gets A New Trial Date

According to reports Percy Miller aka Master P’s brother C-Murder born Corey Miller, 36, will reportedly go to trial once again in 2008 on February 11. If convicted the rapper will face mandatory life in prison without parole for allegedly shooting a teenager to death at a night club in 2002.

Steve Thomas, 16, reportedly got into the club using a fake id to the see the rapper perform, however on that very night his life ended.

C-Murder was convicted in 2003 on the crime but it was eventually tossed when the Judge found out that the witnesses involved in the case criminal background information was being withheld from his attorney.

In other news, C-Murder has been promoting his new book entitled “Death Around The Corner”.
